Customers are responsible return the product. For peace of mind, we recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking service.

Sale items are non-returnable.

If the following conditions are not met, WEBMART ONLINE reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

• Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
• Items and packaging must be received in new condition
• Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
